I have been training with Danny for about 3 years and always enjoyed the sessions. It’s always hard to commit to something and have the initial push to go there, but after the first session you discover muscles you never thought you had and go back for more.
Because it’s an all round exercise class, it’s your general fitness that improves not just certain body parts. It’s also a great ‘tension releaser’ as you punch your frustration out! Great when you are working with teenagers all day!
The classes are great fun and you get to know different people and improve together. I hugely recommend them.
