I have been going to Dan’s kickboxing class for around 8 months and have so far lost 1.5 stone with no dieting! Now at 38 I feel fitter and more confident than ever before. The weight loss is only part of the story – my body shape has changed. The flab has nearly gone, and my body has definition like I haven’t seen since my early 20’s. If you feel overweight and crap like I did, but love your food, give Dan’s class a go – you might surprise yourself! I have discovered that regular physical exercise is the key to happiness (for me anyway). Yes it’s hard at first as your body gets used to it, but believe me the rewards make it all worth while. I assure you there were few lazier than me when it came to physical exercise, but Dan has shown me the way.
